I am literally calling this my magic potion! I've been using consistently a couple times a day behind ears and base of skull for approximately 3 weeks. I have been extremely busy at work the past month and usually when I get overloaded like this I feel overwhelmed and heaviness in my chest. I have not been stressed once. No overwhelmed feeling, no heavy chest. I am calm and feel like I've been more productive and focused with work (repirt writing). My brain fog seems less too. The smell was a little strong at first (not bad, just different and I am a smell sensitive person) but I dont really notice it anymore and it gies away after a shory time.
