How to use

TO USE: Add ½ cup - 1 cup of Sickness + Recovery Bath Salts into a warm bath. Soak 15-30 minutes or as desired. Use daily or as needed while sick or recovering from sickness. Seal bag tightly after each use. Store in a cool, dry, and dark area.

    Part of my sickness protocol

    These bath salts smell so good. At the first sign of illness, we pull these out and I have my kids soak. It’s relaxing for them and since incorporating this into my lineup, I’ve noticed we seem to recover faster. Sometimes they ask to soak even when they feel fine!
