    I absolutely love this cream

    This cream has helped me at work a lot. I put it on my back , shoulder,and feet and legs when needed. I also used it on my nieces legs when she was dealing with leg pain . She said it helped her alot . I live that a little goes along way with all of their creams.

    What shin splints?

    I have suffered a very long time with shin splints - dating back to my track days in high school. I NEVER found anything that would help - shoes, taping, icing, stretching. Fast forward to recently when they started coming back due to my morning neighborhood walks. After the shin splints reared their ugly head, I thought to use the Muscle & Joint Pain Cream. Ah, relief! But they were still coming back daily in my walks. So starting about a month ago, I now slather this on BEFORE my walks and I haven't had a flare up since. Thank you Rowe Casa!
