    So Much Better Than Icy Hot!

    I've found that icy hot doesn't actually relieve much pain after the cooling effects wear off. But this stuff really works to relax the muscle! I had an extreme muscle spasm in my trap, so I put this and the magnesium spray on before bed. I woke up the next morning with the spasm almost gone. My husband uses it all the time too for his back pain. He also prefers this over using Icy Hot.
