How to use

Shake well. Swish 1-2 Tbsp around in mouth for 15-30 seconds twice daily.

    Great stuff.

    I ordered this immediately, Then I got nervous seeing that it was spearmint, since I don't really love that flavor but oh my God, the taste is amazing. The effects are wonderful. I order this stuff on the. Regular basis.

    Always using this!

    I am so prone to getting cavities so I purchased this and haven't stopped using it! My teeth are very sensitive and I appreciate a clean mouthwash. I use 1x a day. The taste takes a little getting used to, and 1 bottle I purchased had a strong clove taste, but usually that's not overpowering and it tastes minty fresh :)

    Most disgusting thing I have ever tasted!!

    Made me vomit the first time I tried it- honest- no joke! It is repulsive! I wasted my money! Tried it several times but still made me gag!
