I use this every single night. Helps me to fall asleep quickly every night. I spray on my stomach and make sure I get it in my belly button for more absorption into my bloodstream. I’m also 8 months pregnant and started having leg cramps in the middle of the night starting around 6 months, I would wake up in the middle of the night with excruciating pain. It was awful! Well, no more pain after spraying my calves before bed I no longer have cramps in legs. I don’t forget it every night.

This stuff is magic! I have been using this at night before bed and I am without a doubt getting much better/deeper sleep. I feel so much more rested when I wake up and am waking less throughout the night. I spray 2 pumps into the palm of my hand then rub it onto my tummy. I am so thankful to have found this.
