How to use

    Love this spray

    I use this every night on my legs, belly, and sometimes my arms. It definitely helps when my legs are restless at night and calms and soothes me before sleep. It does tingle sometimes when I put it on my arms but they say that's because you're deficient -- so I will keep using this to maintain good magnesium levels!
