    One of my favorite products

    I have used this for about 2 years now. I fell out of habit using it recently for about 6 months and just started back on it again. I forget how well I sleep when using this.

    I put it on my feet every night before bed and then also in the mornings on my stomach.

    Easy to use

    The gel is easy to use in comparison to the cream, however is does tingle/burn for a bit after application. I find that sensation lingers, but I do have sensitive skin. The cream helped me sleep, while the gel does not. I’ll go back to the cream once the gel is finished, but it is nice to just have to do a pump or two from the bottle and not have to get into a jar for use. It’s a good way to get magnesium for those who don’t do well with the pills.

    Way too oily and did not absorb into the skin, I ended up throwing this away. It was just a mess.
