39 weeks pregnant and have been using this consistently every night since about the halfway point. It has done wonders for my sleep! Wish I would’ve had this from the start. Third trimester I wake up feeling well rested, it’s a miracle. Not to mention, no headaches. My husband is hooked too and can really tell a difference if he forgets to apply before bed. We rub on our feet or lower back area. So thankful for Rowe Casa products!!!

I have been rubbing this product on the bottom of my feet right before bedtime. It completely relaxes me. My husband rubs it on his lower back before bedtime and wakes up with his back feeling so much better. Great product!!

I’ve been using this magnesium gel for a few years now and I cannot imagine my night routine without! I wasn’t sleeping more than 2 hours a night, until I added the magnesium gel (and a few other RC sleep products) and now I get a FULL nights sleep! I notice if I happen to forget to use this before bed, which is not very often!!
