    Not sure about it ?

    I’ve tried putting this on my feet, stomach and even my frozen shoulder. Not sure I noticed a difference really. Other than it’s sticky.

    Great for muscle aches

    I started using the magnsium gel last October and the upper thigh muscle aches and pains have literally gone away. I have taken magnesium by pill form but by applying this gel to my muscles take the pain away.
