This product works great and has a nice texture. Not greasy in any way. Goes on smooth. I use ir on my feet and stomach. Anywhere I have soreness.

I need to use this more consistently- I use it some nights before bed and I know I sleep much better when I use it- coming from someone who has dealt with insomnia for years. I’ve only tried the gel, so the maximum strength magnesium, I have not had any side effects- no tingling and it soaks it relatively fast without leaving a sticky residue.

Works wonders on my highly active and energetic toddler. It’s the only thing that calms her and get her ready for bed within minute’s without having to use melatonin. I would recommend it to everyone mom trying to get their kids to sleep without medication. It’s relaxes my tight muscles as well.
