How to use

    Deep, restful sleep!

    This product has been a wonderful addition to my nighttime routine. I've been using it two-fold; for deep, continuous sleep through the night, and for constipation/bloating. For the latter I just apply to my lower belly area and the next morning feel all the difference. I was taking a generic melatonin for sleep troubles and having WILD dreams, this is the best solution to all of those issues.

    I like this for back and hip pain! I’ve used the cream before also, and I like it. The gel is easier to apply. I want to get the spray, so I can get it parts of my back that I can’t reach.
