How to use

    So many uses for this!

    Love this cream, use it on my feet at night to enhance sleep, I'm a runner and sometimes my knees and hips hurt and this helps significantly. Also use on my kids stomachs if they are constipated or feeling blah. My husband has back problems and he finds it helpful too. Amazing product!
