How to use

    Love it! However……

    I applied it my the bottoms of my feet but I didn’t slather it. I had a lot more dreams. So I don’t apply every night. I would suggest you try very minimal amounts when you start using it. Everyone’s bodies are different and how they react to things. But otherwise great product!

    Magic!
