How to use

Apply to stomach, back, legs, or bottoms of feet 1–2 times daily. For muscle cramps or pain, apply directly on problem area.

    I love this cream ! It really helps me sleep through the night. I apply it on hands, arms and feet. It’s just a little tingly when you first apply but does go away.

    Amazing Magnesium

    My husband woke up with leg and foot cramps. Within about 5 minutes of applying the cream to the affected areas, he was sound asleep and snoring! Can't recommend this product enough. It is wonderful!
