I have terrible restless leg syndrome that got worse with each pregnancy and never went away afterwards. The magnesium cream is truly a miracle worker! I rub it on the bottom of my feet before bed and within 5 minutes I can feel all of my leg muscles relax. This is the only product I’ve tried that has truly given me relief and as an added bonus, I now sleep better at night too!

I’ve been using a plain magnesium oil for years but could only put it on the bottom of my feet, anywhere else it itched. Rowe Casa Magnesium cream is far superior!!! Not only is the application less of a mess than oil, I can rub this on my calves without irritation. And the smell is heavenly.
