How to use

    Must have if pregnant!

    I rubbed this cream on the bottoms of my feet and the back of my legs every night when I was pregnant and I would definitely recommend to anyone for a good night's sleep! It helped with my leg cramping and just gave me an overall calming feeling. A 'must have' on a baby registry for the expecting mom! Love RC!
