How to use

Apply to stomach, back, legs, or bottoms of feet 1–2 times daily. For muscle cramps or pain, apply directly on problem area.

    Sleeping so good!

    Has really helped reduce leg cramps at night.

    I have been using this on my legs and feet at night and do not have night leg cramps like I used to. The cream smells wonderful and goes on my skin easily. It does not leave any oily residue on my skin or clothing.

    Best night’s sleep

    This product goes a long way. I slather a tiny bit on the bottoms of my feet and onto my calves just before bed and it’s like clockwork– 1 minutes and I’m out like a light, sleeping through the night. A must have product on my bedside table!
