How to use

    One of my favourites

    I love the magnesium cream. I use it on myself, my kids. I’ve noticed when my kids are having growing pains in their legs it helps a lot and it really helps everyone with sleep. Love this product.

    I use this on the bottoms of my feet each night before going to bed. It has seemed to help me sleep. I have also noticed that my blood pressure seems to be doing great using it as well.

    This cream is really great! I use it at bedtime.

    Sleep so well
