How to use

    Feet and Leg Cramps

    The Magnesium Cream is an absolute gem. I look forward to rubbing down my feet and calves and hands every night before bed. It smells amazing and my cramping is gone. I started with small amounts per recommendations of other reviews and have slowly worked up to more and more as my body has adjusted. My skin has received the product well.

    Wonderful for adults & kids!

    The magnesium cream has helped immensely with my nighttime leg cramping and restlessness! My toddler has never been a good sleeper, but since I've started to use this on her legs after her nighttime bath, she has been sleeping though the night more which makes for a happier, well-rested mama!

    Helps me with muscular pain my back
