I’m convinced this cream is what helped calm down my knee post meniscus surgery. I massaged it on my knee and could tell a difference the next morning after using it. I began to apply it daily and feel much better. I also apply it any time my muscles are sore following a workout.

Had an elderly family friend suffer a serious car accident recently. He is lucky to be alive. Put together a care package for when he came home from the hospital and this was one of the items I sent, to help support sore muscles, constipation and sleep while he recovers. He said it’s helping. I use this on my toddler regularly too and it helps with sleep and pooping - but for her I apply it to the soles of her feet. She has eczema and sometimes it can sting on the more sensitive parts of her skin. I use it and it doesn’t sting me at all. Putting it on her feet works great though.
