How to use

    Better sleep and overall mood.

    I have been using this for a while now and even use it in place of my deodorant. I like how it makes my skin feel as well as the benefits of sleeping better at night when I use on my feet before bed, reduction in the chemicals when used in place of store brand deodorants, and the over all benefit of magnesium with mood. It is also moisturizing too.

    Magic

    This magnesium cream is amazing! I use it for pain relief and for helping with sleep. I struggle with insomnia during certain parts of the month but when I rub this on my lower back and calves, Iā€™m able to relax and actually sleep. Also, when I was pregnant I had horrible leg cramps in my 3rd trimester. I started using this nightly and didnā€™t have any more leg cramps afterwards. I recommend this cream to everyone I know.
