How to use

    Love!

    This is a thicker consistency and goes on well, mess free. I use it on my feet once I’m in bed and can tuck them straight into my sheets. Combined with tart cherry, my sleep quality is overall better.

    Helps with sleep

    I wasn’t sure if I was deficient in magnesium but thought I would give it a try. After a few days of putting it on the bottom of my feet to sleep, I felt the difference. It is easier to fall asleep and I sleep much deeper.
