How to use

    My go to for sleep and sickness

    This is the #1 product that I always have on hand and gift to everyone I know. I use it on myself and my kids to help with sleep. I use it to help reduce wheezing and chest congestion or tightness caused by asthma or sickness. I also use it to help with pain especially growing leg pain for my kids. I've tried other brands and the RC is the only one that I've found to be strong enough yet gentle for my entire family's ailments.

    The best of the magnesiums

    Iā€™ve tried the spray and the gel magnesium and they work fine but for me, this is the best. I put it on my calves before bed and I feel like I can just hop in the bed and I donā€™t have to wait for anything to dry. Plus, itā€™s very easy to travel with, and I must say that since I started this version, my Charlie horses at night have gone away.

    Helped tremendously!

    I got this awhile ago to help with my sonā€™s constipation, it seems to work great! He doesnā€™t fight me to use it on him. He actually enjoys having me rub it on his belly. It smells wonderful, and it lasts a long time!
