How to use

    Helps Restless Leg!

    My SIL told me about this, and it has been a game changer! My restless leg at night is horrible, but this has made it almost completely go away. The “cream” is much more liquidy than I thought, and I was prepared to not like it… but from day 1 this stuff did miracles! I am buying my mom some!

    great for skin and leg cramps

    It is not as good for leg cramps as the gel but it also doesn't dry out the skin like the gel does. If you have severe cramps, the gel is absolutely the best! I now try to alternate between the two.
