I actually don’t use this product for hemorrhoids, I use it for inflammation from my Hidradenitis suppurativa. When I start to get a very uncomfortable boil, I immediately apply this to it and in 24 HOURS it’s reduced by half the size. By 48 hrs it’s no longer painful and almost completely gone. It has changed my life!

This product is amazing. I’d been using prescription creams for MONTHS with continuous pain and consistent trips to the toilet in the night.
