I purchased the sleep bundle about a month ago to help my 5 year old. She has a very hard time settling down to sleep and doesn't get restful sleep. The sleep bundle as been amazing!! She can settle down and fall asleep in less than 10 minutes now when it used to take anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour or more! She is also much more rested when she wakes up which makes mornings so much easier.

I apply this to my wrists at bedtime and it helps me to "drift" off quicker. No tossing and turning to try and get myself to go to sleep; I pair this product with an application of the magnesium gel on my feet and it's a great night's sleep, every night.

I use this and the magnesium cream as a combo together and HOLY SMOKES do I get some good sleep when I do!! I use the deep sleep support on my wrists, at the base of my neck, under my nose and on my forehead. Then, I put the magnesium cream on the bottoms of my feet, my lower back, and rub the excess on my knees because I have issues with them. I can't say I notice much of a difference with pain areas, but I do notice that those two products used together is a game changer for me when it comes to quality sleep!
