How to use

Shake well. Holding bottle 6-8 inches away from skin, spray a light mist over the body including wrists, neck, and behind the ears.
For a longer lasting scent, layer the body mist with matching Rowe Casa Organics lotion.

    Doesn't help my sleep, may hinder it?

    No idea why this isn't helping me and may do the opposite? I will give it more time. Smells nice however. Ease of use is good I just wish I could sleep deeper with it.
