This product is for my toddler's night time routine but every night for the past few weeks I have been falling asleep when putting them to sleep. Even when I'm trying to stay awake, a few spritz on her pillow and it knocks both of us out quick.

I have all your stress relief products. So many it can be a challenge to remember to use it daily. I like the smell . Sometimes I just spray it around the house as a room sprintz.
