I had to share my full-circle moment! Each year, I am required to complete a wellness screening in order to receive a “discount” on my health insurance. For the past FIVE years, my LDL cholesterol has been high. I was a fairly decent eater, excercised regularly, so it was pretty much summed up to being hereditary. My doctor put me on meds to try to bring it down, but it just stayed in the same range. I had a calcium score conducted (scan for build-up) and decided to come off of the medication.

With all that being said, I have questioned whether the products were working and if it was worth the money I was spending. The answer is YES. I started small, but i have been pleased with every product I’ve purchased. I’m not sure if I should call it an obsession, collection, or small fortune.
