How to use

    Soothing and Gentle

    I think this throat spray (along with other immune supplements) has been very effective in helping me fight off illness so far this season. When my throat has felt dry or a little sore, I've used this as needed and it helps significantly. It doesn't make my throat feel worse like some other menthol sprays do.
