For a couple years, on and off, I've been getting headaches for the few days before my period. For the last 6 days, as my hormones are adjusting, I have had a terrible headache that I couldn't get rid of. I was honestly pleasantly surprised at how effective this stuff is. I follow the directions and apply to my abdomen, wrist, and forearms, and i really do feel like it lessens my symptoms. Has a strong licorice smell.

My period is a lot better using this. Shorter. Not as heavy. Less clots. No back or abdominal pain. I am using it along with the hormone kit and I know the hormone kit is working well for me. Can’t speak to how this works by itself. However the one day I did have just a little cramping and I used this and it took that away. Definitely recommend.
