How to use

    Review

    I use the magnesium gel for muscle cramps, soreness or back muscle pain. This soaks in well so I can use it in a pinch and don’t have to worry about it getting my clothes greasy. I also use RC magnesium cream every night on my feet. 🤍

    Best sleep

    This has helped me fall asleep and stay asleep! I struggled with tossing and turning for years and waking up exhausted, but this change it all. I now wake up easier and feeling great. I will say I get some strange dreams sometimes. My husband tried it once,had an odd dream and won’t use it again. I use it every night before bed.
