    Daily staple in my nighttime routine!

    Not exactly sure what the true purpose of this stuff is, but I know if I forget to rub it on my belly before going to bed, the next morning is a struggle! Will never be without it!

    I was using a different magnesium "cream" from a different brand and it was very oily. I had to wear socks so it wouldn't get all over our sheets. This one however is not as oily but it's not exactly a different cream texture that I was hoping for.

    With the other brand I saw instant results with this one. It's not as strong as the other brand

    I also got the tart cherry to help it and it seemed to work out better but not much....I might just go back to my regular magnesium oil butter cream from my previous brand.( Sweet Bee)
