Description

How to use

Fill your infuser or tea bag with 1-2 tsp of tea leaves and place in a cup. Add 8oz of nearly boiling water over the leaves and let steep for 5-7 minutes.

    Great taste, helps lower my BP

    I had elevated blood pressure and did not want to go on medications. I tried this tea and drank 1-2 cups a day for three weeks (1tsp tea approx). My blood pressure read normal every day that I drank it. I ran out and didn't drink it for a few days and my BP returned to some elevated readings. I will be ordering more! The taste is great and I usually don't add any sweetener, but if I want a little, I add some honey.
