I have been in the thick of the worst pregnancy nausea and tried everything- one day I desperately grabbed the calming spray, thinking maybe the essential oil blend in it may help and it WORKED!! It curbed the nausea just long enough so I could get some food down and has warded off my sensitive gag reflex. I regularly spray it on my skin throughout the day now and in the air if there are any funky smells around that may make me sick all of a sudden.
