I bought this to try because I have fairly severe anxiety, and I haven't had a ton of luck with most of the remedies I've tried. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this helps significantly! The bottle is small enough to fit in my purse, and the taste isn't bad at all. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who struggles with anxiety.

I think this takes the edge off. I don't think I would rely on this for a full panic attack, but I can tell a difference for mild anxiety. I don't love the taste but it's tolerable. It tastes like "raisins" to me.
