I honestly didn't think this would work for me, but it does wonders. This will be a staple in our home. For some reason this tincture almost instantly takes the edge off of my anxiety. I dont always take it, but i do when it is extreme and I instantly feel the relief.

Maybe itd be helpful to take daily to keep the anxiety from getting too bad.
