How to use

Shake well. Take 1-2 servings daily. Children (2-15) take 1/2 serving daily. Can be used every 2-3 hours as needed. Refrigerate after opening and use within 2-3 months. Children under 1 should not ingest honey.

    Must Have!

    Tart Cherry and Adrenal Support are by far my favorite RC products and ones I refuse to go without. My 4 year old son used to wake up for the day at 5 AM DAILY. After a month of using Tart Cherry religiously, he sleeps until at least 6:30 AM and wakes up refreshed. That extra 1.5 hours of sleep for us both has been a game changer.

    This makes me sleep so well

    I have horrible sleeping habits and have a hard time turning off my brain at night. This product makes me sleepy and does the trick. I've tried melatonin before and it doesn't work well for me, it tends to make me not sleep all night... which never made sense. I found that the cherry support almost relaxes my brain so I can rest.

    The taste is also WAY better than I thought it was going to be. I also love that there are so many more health befits to tart cherries as well.

    Good product!

    I'm still learning about the benefits of tart cherry and purchased it to help with sleep. What I have personally experienced is that I do better if I take it earlier in the day and not close to bedtime. I understand that it will also help with general building up of the immunity system, so I am hoping for long term benefits there as well. Have also given this as a gift with a few other RC sleep products to friends who are struggling with sleep. I would recommend getting the pour spout to make things easier!
