I use this in place of my deodorant! This is an amazing product. No more body odor under my arms.

This product is so relaxing to use at night on my feet right before bed, and I feel like my sleep is more restful when I use it. I had leg cramps one night and massaged this into my legs, and the cramping went away within 5 minutes of using it. I’ve also used this on the bottom of my daughter’s feet before bed to help her relax and unwind. Great product!

I put this gel on the bottoms of my feet before bed on days that have been extra hectic where I feel like I may struggle to fall asleep quickly. I prefer the gel as it soaks in quickly and doesn't leave my feet feeling weird. I do put socks on just to protect my bedding as it soaks in. I apply it with a rubber face-mask spatula to keep my hands clean.
