Be sure and shake it before you use it. You don’t need much. I just take a tiny sip of it straight from the container and swish it around in my mouth and gargle. I have used lots of different kinds of natural mouthwashes and this one is by far my favorite.

Taste is different from normal mouthwash, which instantly had me wondering what I was ingesting chemical wise with the other brands that are not natural!
