How to use

    I went walking in some new shoes and ended up with really bad pain in my shins.     Better sleep?

    I have been using this cream in my feet each night, and I have been sleeping way better. On top of that, my feet are WAY softer which is an awesome side bonus! This cream is also great for sore and tired muscles, it seems to help the muscles repair faster after a workout.
