Description

This gentle face toner is designed to target blemish-prone skin and to clarify the complexion while helping to remove excess oil and impurities, leaving the face feeling clean and revitalized. Formulated with non-comedogenic ingredients to nourish skin without clogging pores.
How to use

Shake well. After cleansing the face, pour toner onto a cotton pad and apply to face. Follow with preferred Rowe Casa face serum and/or face cream.

    A Staple In My Skincare Routine!

    I was looking for a toner for awhile to help with acne, dark spots, and just balancing out my skin tone. I’m now on my second bottle and can’t imagine not having it! I love how clean the ingredients are, it comes in a glass bottle, and my skin pigmentation looks way better and it feels great.
