How to use

    Amazing!!

    I use the magnesium cream and deep sleep support as a combo together and HOLY SMOKES do I get some good sleep when I do!! I use the deep sleep support on my wrists, at the base of my neck, under my nose and on my forehead. Then, I put the magnesium cream on the bottoms of my feet, my lower back, and rub the excess on my knees because I have issues with them. I can't say I notice much of a difference with pain areas, but I do notice that those two products used together is a game changer for me when it comes to quality sleep!

    Muscle relief and sleep aid
