How to use

    Love the magnesium cream. I use it every night on my calves. It helps with my leg cramps and I sleep great!! Just order 2 but ordering 2 more LOL

    I have even given a jar or two away to friends/family who also have leg cramps.

    Excellent Product

    I use this on my feet and my stomach. It seems to give me more energy and also seems to do other things for my body. This product did tingle a bit when I first started using it. I don't notice it now so I am thinking it was due to a lack of magnesium in my body when I started using it. SO GOOD!
