How to use

    love!

    the mag gel irritated my skin initially with first few uses. itching/rash. but i pushed through & the more i consistently used it, the better my skin acclimated to it. i use it on my stomach for constipation. it also helps me sleep! it caused some crazy dreams upon initial usage but those stopped as well the longer i used it.
