    Great to have on hand

    I struggle with frequent migraines and wanted some sort of natural relief when I’m experiencing them. This does not completely relieve a migraine, but it definitely opens your sinuses and relieves some pressure which is helpful in a pinch!

    Sinus relief

    This little roll on helps in the moment but I am not a good judge of it because I have mold toxicity and Lyme disease which creates its own headaches. Difficult to resolve without addressing the root cause. Easy to apply and smells good for the average person.
