How to use

Shake well. Hold bottle 6–8 inches from skin and mist lightly over body, focusing on wrists, neck, and behind the ears before bedtime.

    Doesn't help my sleep, may hinder it?

    No idea why this isn't helping me and may do the opposite? I will give it more time. Smells nice however. Ease of use is good I just wish I could sleep deeper with it.
