How to use

    Love This!

    Been using this daily and a little goes a long way! Smells good, helps me get some daily magnesium. I like this much better than other magnesium oils I've tried. I also love that I can easily lock the pump lid so it doesn't get wasted by being pushed on accident!

    Works really well

    My friend had this on a hiking trip and when I was sore she offered it to me to try and it took all of the pain away. I love this stuff. Note: magnesium can give a burning/itching sensation.
