How to use

    Yes all around

    I swear by this stuff! I've been using this for over a year and put it on before bed every night. I can feel myself getting tired within 15 minutes of applying. I not only sleep through the night but soundly. We need magnesium for hundreds of things in our body and our skin is our biggest organ. Besides, The supplements in the stores have part magnesium and the rest is fillers and preservatives (which are not good for you).

    I have turned multiple friends and family on to this product.
