Just wanted to share my personal experience with the lymphatic lotion. I originally got it to see if it would help with my very puffy faceā¦ and yes it did/does! However what I wasnāt expecting was for it to clear congested sinuses that Iāve struggled with for almost an entire year! šš»šš»šš»š„¹š„¹š„¹We moved early last September and I thought at first I was just battling allergies in a new area, but it continued no matter what allergy things I tried like local honey and homeopathic medicinesā¦ so I just kind of tried to ignore it though it was annoying and felt like it was effecting my quality of life. I noticed I was sleeping with my mouth open and would wake up often in the night to sneeze and blow my nose and woke single morning sneezing and super congested!
The first week of using the lymphatic lotion I had several light head aches and both sides of my neck were incredibly sore! But I could literally hear drainage! (Was thinking what on earth?) lasted almost a week and then I realized ! Iām not congested! Iāve been sleeping through the night! Iām able to close my mouth and breathe!
Iām at SO THANKFUL!!!
All of that is gone! I sleep so good!

I use this daily for multiple things but it really is helpful with travel when you experience some swelling in lower extremities. I can apply it before travel begins and not have any swelling and have had some incidents I have forgotten to apply before travel and apply once I remember and it quickly solves the problem.
