How to use

Fill your infuser or tea bag with 1-2 tsp of tea leaves and place in a cup. Add 8oz of nearly boiling water over the leaves and let steep for 5-7 minutes.

    Good clean ingredients

    It's so nice to have a tea that you can use to relax with before bed. Works well. I love the ingredients. It takes some time to add it to my routine., just like anything new. I want to try the Calming tea also.

    It takes a lil getting use to

    First cup was a lil bitter but I’m not one for hot tea flavors. After adding some sweetener to it it was way better. Not sure how it will work for others. I’m very hard strung , I was relaxed for a bit. Haven’t tried very often. Hot tea is hard for this Texan
