How to use

Apply to stomach, back, legs, or bottoms of feet 1–2 times daily. For muscle cramps or pain, apply directly on problem area.

    Excellent Product

    I use this on my feet and my stomach. It seems to give me more energy and also seems to do other things for my body. This product did tingle a bit when I first started using it. I don't notice it now so I am thinking it was due to a lack of magnesium in my body when I started using it. SO GOOD!

    OBSESSED!!

    I love using this cream for aches and pains! I apply to the bottoms of my feet at night for relaxation and a restful nights sleep. I absolutely LOVE this scent. I wish it could be packaged as an essential oil to diffuse!

    You need this!

    Highly recommend this product! Every night we put magnesium cream on both children’s feet (6 month old and 4 year old). Then my husband puts it on my feet right before I get the kids to sleep! I notice a significant improvement in everyone’s sleep when using it! I highly recommend this product!
