How to use

Apply to affected lymph nodes and/or areas of the body needing drainage or circulation support 1–2x daily. Massage gently into the skin toward the direction of the heart. For additional support, we recommend seeking a Lymphatic Drainage Specialist.

    Works and Best for Daytime

    This and the Lymph Cream are a good combination. I have written a raving review of the Lymph Cream. This lotion is more suitable for daytime use. It is lighter and will not damage your clothing as much as the cream might and the scent will not offend those with sensitive noses.

    The lotion is not as concentrated as the cream.

    If you have joint pain that nothing else relieves (heat treatment, meds, special gels and creams, lidocaine patches, etc), then try this day and night for a week. Rowe Casas lymph products stopped my pain which I had misdiagnosed for years and doctors and physical therapists could do nothing to help.

    I know keep an extra on hand for when I run out.

    Love this!
