    Love this product for other reasons

    I originally purchased this to help as a detangler. I came back to purchase it again and again- but not for its detangling capabilities. It in no way helps detanlge my thick hair. After using it, I realized it actually helped grow more/ new hair. Halfway through the bottle I had baby hairs popping up all over. I Especially noticed it in spots that haven’t grown since my post baby hair loss. The new design of the spray dispenser is way better than the older version. Thanks for updating that!

    I like it

    I do like this, it does work but the essential oil does tend to make my already oily hair a little oilier on the 2nd day. But I still think its a great product.

    Not a fan

    It didn’t work. My daughter actually complained more and she thought it smelt like bacon which I didn’t think but after she mentioned it I could smell it.

    Do not like detangler at all. It does not help with any of my daughter’s hair. I have three of them with all different types of hair and it does not work at all. I’m not sure what I was expecting, but the reviews are amazing so I was very hopeful. Also, my daughters do not like the smell.

How are your products formulated?

Our products are handcrafted in our Texas facility with carefully chosen ingredients inspired by nature. We work alongside organic chemists, master herbalists, naturopaths, certified aromatherapists, and third-party testers to help ensure quality, consistency, and care in every product we create.

We do not test our ingredients or finished products on animals, and we ethically source our ingredients with a focus on land of origin whenever possible.
What is your return policy?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as it was received and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

All clothing purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return due to sanitation concerns, including exposure to pets, fragrances, or other household elements.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Please note that free shipping does not apply to international orders.
Can I adjust or cancel my order once it has been placed?

Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to add or remove items because orders go directly into processing after they’re submitted.

We allow cancellations as long as your order has not shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us at info@rowecasaorganics.com for assistance.
What qualifies a purchase for free shipping?

Domestic orders of $150 or more after discounts and before taxes qualify for free shipping.

Gift cards and digital content do not count toward the free shipping minimum. Free shipping also does not apply to international orders.
How do I use my Rowe Casa gift card?

Gift cards can be applied at checkout by entering your gift card number in the “Discount code or gift card” field.

Only one gift card may be used per purchase, and gift cards cannot be combined with discount codes. Using a gift card as payment does not affect whether your order qualifies for free shipping. Gift card use may be excluded during certain promotions.
Processing & Shipping

We aim to ship all orders within 2–3 business days. Please note that sales, holidays, and other high-volume periods may impact processing times.

If you select ground or priority shipping, the shipping speed applies once your package has shipped. Processing time is not included in the carrier’s shipping timeframe.

All shipping rates come directly from USPS, and we’re unable to control the shipping options or rates provided at checkout.
