How To Use

Shake well. Spray desired amount on wet or towel-dried hair. Comb through.

    Will not spray

    Would love to use the product as intended because it smells so good. After about 10 sprays the sprayer stopped working. I tried a different spray pump top and the same thing happened, it worked for a few sprays and then stopped. It felt like it seized up. Had to resort to pouring it into my hand but that doesn’t apply very evenly and gives a greasy result.

    I’m still out on this product, maybe more how the product is used. The spray nozzle stopped working the second time I used it so I’ve had to purchase a different one in order to use it

Our products are handcrafted in our Texas facility with carefully chosen ingredients inspired by nature. We work alongside organic chemists, master herbalists, naturopaths, certified aromatherapists, and third-party testers to help ensure quality, consistency, and care in every product we create.

We do not test our ingredients or finished products on animals, and we ethically source our ingredients with a focus on land of origin whenever possible.
What is your return policy?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as it was received and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

All clothing purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return due to sanitation concerns, including exposure to pets, fragrances, or other household elements.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Please note that free shipping does not apply to international orders.
Can I adjust or cancel my order once it has been placed?

Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to add or remove items because orders go directly into processing after they’re submitted.

We allow cancellations as long as your order has not shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us at info@rowecasaorganics.com for assistance.
What qualifies a purchase for free shipping?

Domestic orders of $150 or more after discounts and before taxes qualify for free shipping.

Gift cards and digital content do not count toward the free shipping minimum. Free shipping also does not apply to international orders.
How do I use my Rowe Casa gift card?

Gift cards can be applied at checkout by entering your gift card number in the “Discount code or gift card” field.

Only one gift card may be used per purchase, and gift cards cannot be combined with discount codes. Using a gift card as payment does not affect whether your order qualifies for free shipping. Gift card use may be excluded during certain promotions.
Processing & Shipping

We aim to ship all orders within 2–3 business days. Please note that sales, holidays, and other high-volume periods may impact processing times.

If you select ground or priority shipping, the shipping speed applies once your package has shipped. Processing time is not included in the carrier’s shipping timeframe.

All shipping rates come directly from USPS, and we’re unable to control the shipping options or rates provided at checkout.
